i like how youve captured the back ground a setting sun for any work (in my opinion) is the best back grounded detail any one can use because the ground is covered in an orange glow the white dress that this girl is wearing really makes her stand out and become very noticable.
i like how you also find it apropriet to put vegitation in frount of her as well as behind
in case any one wanted to critersize your work and say that you photo shopped her in that is proof of the fact you could not have done.
the pose she is holding shows careful thought or perhaps care free. she looks alough some one is playing a game and is about to chase after her (refering back to and old movie i once saw)
the only thing i see wrong with it is the trees in the back ground as they are blured quite badly but since the dress draws in your attention then it doesnt so up to much
To start off; a word of encouragement. You are a women of many talents. It's amazing how you're a photographer and a model at the same time and can relate with both roles. That enables you to sympathize with the delights and challenges on a more personal level with other models and photographers. That is a very valuable experience.
The contrast of colours stood out to me. My eyes are instantly attracted to your white dress and beautiful facial features. The choice of softer colours and light help the viewer focus on you with no distractions.
The depth is fantastic. You can see the vast amount of space around you which made me initially think of you being alone, but the combination of your facial expression and angle of your body makes me sense that you are curious of something that we as a viewer don't see. There must be something incredible that has caught your eye. This lets my mind imagine an assortment of different scenarios and helps me relate to your emotions on a personal level. Will your next reaction be fear, awe, or excitement? There is definitely a mysterious feel in your photograph.
Honestly, I can't think of a suggestion. Cropping some of the sky out would decrease the sense of openness and other aspects would decrease the power of the message behind this photograph. I would just challenge you to continue exploring different concepts and make them your own with your unique talents that make you such a fantastic photographer/model. Overall. I love everything about this photograph.
